Based on project management industry standard PRINCE2, CapexPRO is lead by Ian Kremmer, a PRINCE2 practitioner with P3O (Portfolio, Program Management and Project Office) accreditation. Ian has extensive experience developing program management systems for organisations such as Melbourne Airport, Coles Myer, Connex, Port of Melbourne Corporation, Wilson Homes and Monash University.
