Issue & Change Management
Change and Issue Management tracks all outstanding issues,
actions, changes, variations, information requests and instructions
across the entire program. Changes and issues can be linked
directly to the risk register to avoid duplicate data entry.
"Impact" and exception" reporting of issues, risks and changes are
available to senior management to assist in the identification of
cause and effect arising from changes at project, program and
business levels.
Risk Management
The risk management system is fully integrated with the change
management system. Risks can be prioritised and ranked by
proximity, likelihood and consequence. The risk management system
is therefore dynamic as it reflects the current status and priority
of issues and changes. This provides project and program managers
with the most up-to-date information to assess and undertake
corrective actions.
Interface Management Process
Interface management provides a method to formally document
and track the exchange of information between project participants
and systematically control communications that support project
operations.
Scope Management
Clearly record the project scope and details and track all
project scope changes.
