Work Package Management

The purpose of the Work Package process module is to manage information relevant to delivery of discrete parcels of project work. This information is necessary to ensure that the suppliers under contract have the instruction necessary to deliver the outcomes within the defined standards and project constraints. The Work Package feature includes Work Package forecasting and comparison. The system records safety statistics for each project and provides program wide safety KPI reporting.
